The international grape variety with very noticeable tannins.
Often vinified as a blend or in oak barrels, Cabernet Sauvignon has a very intense colour together with notes of dark berries and tobacco. In the mouth, it offers good tannins that are often harmonised by barrel ageing.
A little secret about Cabernet Sauvignon: it is best kept in the cellar to allow it to develop completely.A grape variety that originally comes from Bordeaux, Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the most widely planted varieties in the world.
