In the centre of the village of Salgesch, the Sensorium provides an opportunity to discover the world of wine, nature and growing through sensory learning.
Using your nose, mouth, hands, eyes and ears, you explore the diverse natural environment of a wine-growing region to the full.
The tour is available on request, for individuals or groups.
The Sensorium offers the unusual experience of appreciating wines through their aromas, the place in which they grow (between rootstock and stone), and also through a judiciously-chosen selection of pictures and sounds.
