Domaine des Chevaliers, which stands in the heart of the Salgesch vineyards, has always been an innovative and forward-thinking winery.

Founded in 1936 by Oswald Mathier, a pioneer in the field of viticulture, Domaine des Chevaliers is now managed by Patrick Z’Brun, who embodies the same values as his predecessor.

Its modern, elegant wine bar is one of the winery’s special features. It holds up to 100 people for wine tastings that feature, among others, the Sherpa collection blends, which pay tribute to those men of the Himalayas who guide and support mountaineers in their ascent of Mount Everest.
