Cave Sinclair - Loc sur Sierre

Situated in the centre of the hamlet of Corin, above Sierre, Cave Sinclair stands out for its unusual and innovative assemblages, which blend grape varieties that are rarely combined.

Founded in 1987 by brothers Claude et Bertrand Berclaz, the Sinclair winery passed to Gilles Berclaz in 1998. The latter's experiences abroad, particularly in France and South Africa, bring a special touch to his working methods.

Gilles is as happy to organise a tour around the vineyard as he is to arrange a tutored tasting of his wines. He always takes the time to welcome visitors and explain his devotion to the world of wine with an anecdote about the origin of the name “Berclaz” (which is for visitors to discover for themselves!).
