Based in Salgesch, Cave Papillon is a family business that clings to tradition at the same time as being constantly on the search for innovative wine production methods.
Its outstanding features are its carnotzet (traditional wine bar), which holds up to 12 people, and the snug “Raclette Stube”, which holds up to 40.
The winery was founded in 1980 and now sees the third generation at its helm. It currently grows 3 hectares of vines.
