In 1999, Serge Antille founded this winery with no formal training in the field, just an unbounded passion for wine. Coupled with an innate expertise and a desire for perfection, this formula quickly brought him considerable success, with regional and international awards.
While Serge’s philosophy has remained intact, Cave Clos des Cyprès has evolved a lot. The brand-new carnotzet (wine bar) positively invites wine tastings, and new projects are in development for offering visitors hospitality among the vines.
