Cave Albert Mathier - Salgesch

Situated in Salgesch, the Cave Albert Mathier is one of the oldest wineries in the village.

A pioneer producer of Dôle de Salgesch, it was founded in 1928 by Albert Mathier. Now managed by the third generation of the family, it grows 300,000 vines on 30 hectares of land.

Its specialities are its "Rhoneblut" Pinot Noir and its amphora wine, which is made using an oxidative process.
