Ideally located in Miège, Cave Caprice du Temps enjoys an idyllic position in the heart of the vines.
The winery was founded in 1980 by Hugues Clavien and has been run as a family business since his son Léonard joined him in 1995. The two men are assisted by their wives, who are often present for wine tastings.
The winery’s crowning glory is its little gem of an outdoor reception area, a granite pergola right on the edge of the vineyard, where visitors can taste the wines in direct proximity to the vine stocks.
