Caves du Paradis - Sierre

Standing on the border between Sierre and Salgesch, Caves du Paradis owns some of the best vine plots in the region, many in the Bernunes terroir.

Cave du Paradis was founded in 1959 by Alexis Roten, who was succeeded by his son Raphaël in 1989. It is currently run by third-generation Olivier Roten.

Always on the lookout for innovations, the winery offers several specialities, including its “Cuvée Mélèze”, a white blend with hints of resin and mountain herbs.
