The Caves Montani winery is run by Léo Montani on top of his professional activities, and is the perfect example of the importance of passion in the creation of fine wines.
Founded in 1984, the winery is located in the village of Salgesch, at the foot of a hill covered in vines. The business was initially run by the Montani brothers, and is now in the hands of Léo Montani, who puts his whole heart into his wines. The winery's motto, which is quite simply “joy gives longer life”, is enough to explain its core values.
