The Or du vent winery, in the heart of the village of Miège, is the product of a close collaboration between Christine and Bernard Mermoud (owners), and Claudy Clavien (cellar master).

Founded in 1989, Cave l’Or du Vent stands out for its production of very fine wines, including the exceptional Johannisberg, with exotic fruit notes and delicate floral touches.

One of a range of 18 wines, this must-try can be tasted in their carnotzet (rustic wine bar) in Miège. You could combine your tasting with a guided tour of the Espace terroirs and the Miège vineyard, as Bernard Mermoud is one of their leading guides.
