Cave St-Mathieu is in Chalais, a few minutes away from Sierre. Thanks to a taste for perfection and attention to detail in the wines it produces, it regularly wins awards in international competitions.
Founded in 1986, the winery has been managed by Jean-Louis Mathieu since 1994.
Following significant renovation work, Cave St-Mathieu now has a particularly inviting reception area in dry stone, ideal for a group wine tasting.
