Cave Olivier et Katia Zufferey - Muraz (Sierre)

The Olivier Zufferey winery stands in the centre of the village of Muraz (Sierre), where it is a symbol of the authenticity of the Valais terroir. In it, the Val d'Anniviers traditions have been transmitted down four generations and are still alive and well today.

The winery was founded in 1930 by Oscar Zufferey and is today run by Olivier Zufferey and his daughter Katia, the latest family member to have entered the business. Visit their rustic carnotzet (wine bar) to discover their Muscat, the winery's renowned wine, accompanied by shavings of their cheese, all to a background of accordion music (if the fancy takes them!).

A taste for discovering the Valais terroir and its traditions is reason enough to walk through the doors of this typical winery
