Cave Colline de Daval - Sierre

Perched on a hill surrounded by vines, Cave Colline de Daval is a must-visit wine tourism destination in the Sierre region.

The Colline de Daval estate has produced grapes for a cooperative for many years, and started commercialising its own wines in 1987, under the auspices of Henri Evéquoz. Monique and Bertrand Caloz have been at its helm since 1987.

Cave Colline de Daval is a shining example of diversification. Whether with the Castel de Daval and its five rooms named after indigenous grape varieties, their wine tastings (often in the barrel cellar), or their local seasonal produce (asparagus, strawberries, apricots, etc.), the Colline de Daval estate leaves nothing to be desired.

Discover this winery’s range of wines here.
