Founded in 1996 by Marco Salamin, the winery takes care to respect nature and the environment in the production of its wines. Its specialities are Rèze (a rare grape variety) and Cornalin, produced according to the principles of biodynamics and aged in barrels for many months.
A visit to Cave des Trois Baies inspires an intense feeling of freedom. To go there is to discover a world apart, one where visitors are happy to abandon their smartphones, and a WiFi connection seems unimportant.
