Cave St-Michel - Corin (Sierre)
In the centre of the authentic village of Corin, perched just above Sierre, Cave St-Michel is the epitome of a marriage between modernity and authenticity.
Founded in 1979 by Pierre-Elie Rey, this winery currently grows around 6 hectares of vines, in ideal locations across the Coteaux de Sierre.
From the very start, their credo has been a quest for authenticity. Based on integrated (sustainable) viticulture and solid experience in vinification, the typicity of their wines is linked to the minerality of the terroir – a terroir that they want to protect and keep in the best possible condition.
With its convivial approach to wine tourism, Cave St-Michel offers a warm-hearted welcome to tastings of quality wines.
